This may include split level developments where each level does not exceed double storey.

specific criteria applies to basements & attics when considering number of storeys.

  • Class 2 Buildings require a Design Practitioner at the CC Stage.

All tradesmen working on Class 2 Buildings need to be registerd Practitioners
