when preparing plans, we take regulatory requirements such as local planning controls, bca & basix into account.
where possible, we assist clients to obtain cdc compliance for complying development applications, as this is a quicker, more economical approval process (approval usually 28 days from lodgement).
if complying development is not possible, we assist with development applications, which includes additional documentation such as the statement of environmental effects, waste management plan, council application forms, building estimates (for council purposes) and preparation for Electronic lodgement.
